Election Day is Tuesday, November 6th from 6am until 9pm.
Please remember to get out and vote to re-elect Claudia Tenney, Assemblywoman, 101st District.
It’s Thursday, September 13th, and Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney is making her way through the entire 101st Assembly District. She started this morning in Orange County and is making her way through every part of the district, ending tonight in New Hartford in Oneida County, the northern most portion of the new 101st. Orange County Tea Party rep supports Claudia
“It seems ludicrous to me to challenge a true Republican and conservative woman of Tenney’s stature, credentials, life experiences, and voting record. She has proven to be everything the Republican and Conservative Parties platforms pledge they are! We need a hundred legislators in Albany just like Tenney! Then maybe we would really see real improvement in this state.” read full story

Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney is an independent, common sense Republican who votes for the best interests of her district and refuses to rubber stamp the Albany elite.
Creating Jobs
Claudia is a small business woman who understands, first-hand, the struggles employers face in New York. She knows small business is the backbone of our economy and to return to the days of prosperity, taxes must be lowered on the job creators and we must undo the over-regulation that has smothered our recovery.
Lower Taxes
Claudia has a strong record of fighting for taxpayers. She voted against new taxes, sponsored legislation to reduce regulations on businesses, supports mandate relief for schools, businesses and municipalities and as a direct result, she was named the #1 Conservative in the state.
Tough Decisions
Sponsored legislation that would cut politicians pay in half and remove them from the state pension fund which would eliminate the incentive for career politicians. Businesses and residents alike have had to make tough financial choices and Albany’s political elite has to do the same.
College Affordability
Claudia knows the importance of education and has a plan that would make college affordable for middle class families. She would create an incentive for students who graduate and stay in New York for at least 4 years, by providing a $12,000 tax credit and reducing student loan rates by 50%.
Our students must receive a proper, affordable education and we have to give them real reasons to stay here and invest in our communities. There is a mass exodus of young, talented people and if we’re ever going to return to ‘Empire State status’ – we have to give them reason to stay and prosper.
Claudia also supports a state “Truth-in-Lending” clearinghouse that will provide parents and students with information about student loans and tuition financing, helping them receive the lowest rates.

Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney takes questions from reporters following her endorsement by the UMWA, the Union representing the more than 1000 employees at Remington Arms in Ilion.
ILION, AUG 23– The employees of the Remington Arms plant in Ilion announced their endorsement of Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney (R-C-I) on Wednesday in the race for the Assembly seat in the 101st District.
The United Mine Workers of America (UMWA) offered their complete support for Claudia and cited her efforts in the Assembly against the controversial and ineffective Microstamping lobby, which would inevitably cost jobs at the Ilion plant. Additionally, Assemblywoman Tenney explained that the technology is flawed and unproven and would only restrict sportsmen and law abiding citizens who are gun owners.
Claudia’s Primary opponent has been an active member of NYC Mayor Bloomberg’s MAYORS AGAINST ILLEGAL GUNS anti-2nd Amendment lobby which is PRO Microstamping.
